This is a three-part collection that revolves around my personal issues and ideas of what a young, female snowboarder needs and wants. The three collections cover outerwear, street-wear, and accessories.
“Snowed Out:” The outerwear collection came from the need for more mature, stylish snowboarding clothes. The styling was inspired the design details from art deco.
“No Snow in the Summertime:” The street-wear collection deals with designing updated, modern sportswear that appeals to the athletic, yet trendy female during the snow-less summer months.
“Music for the Slopes:” The accessories board deals with creating accessories that make listening to music while snowboarding easier and more comfortable for the rider.
